About UsTrifactri is a triathlon club that caters for all athletes, from beginners who are inexperienced, intermediate athletes enjoying the pressure of the age group races to grooming professional athletes.
Trifactri athletes become like family supporting each other in all the races as well forming a close knit group in training. Trifactri understands the importance of family and careers and the time that it takes to fit training in. Our coaches are well groomed in offering personalized training programs for each individual. All coaches are coached by IM winner Lucie Zelenkova. |
Our Story

Trifactri is a triathlon coaching academy started by Lucie Zelenkova, an Olympian and multiple Ironman winner.
Lucie came to South Africa to compete in a local triathlon series and soon fell in love with the people and the country. With a master’s degree in teaching (biology and sport), 2 years of university triathlon studies and many years of professional racing and coaching behind her, she took a few athletes under her wing. Results speak for themselves and those athletes found themselves achieving personal bests and new performance levels. It was not long before her number of athletes grew and Trifactri was born. |

Our Mission
Trifactri's mission is to provide personal training to each individual to reach their personal goals and to encourage them to believe in themselves.
We have a wide scope of athletes with different interests but when it is race-time we all depend on the strength of the group.
We as a club strive to let our athletes do their own personal best and create opportunities for them to grow, withing the sport and withing themselves.
Trifactri is a triathlon team and training squad that caters for athletes of various abilities, accomplishments and goals. From professional athletes, top age group competitors, all the way to those who want to complete their first triathlons.
Trifactri is more than just a triathlon club, we offer individual coaching for each discipline in this sport. We are a registered cycling and running club where we offer specialized cycling and running focused sessions and have meticulous swimming coaching available.
Our mission is to give the support and hope necessary to reach a dream or a goal and to complete each journey with as much enthusiasm as it started.
Athletes excel and compete in individual sports as well as duathlon with personalized training programs.
We have training squads all over Gauteng (Pretoria *Including Centurion* & Johannesburg) as well as Nelspruit as well as athletes dotted all over the globe.
