Training with Trifactri
At Trifactri, we work very closely with every single athlete and all programs are written for each and every person and are completely individualised. No matter what your level, Trifactri cater for the beginner triathlete all the way up to Age group elite and professional triathletes.
Trifactri is group of driven athletes that concentrate on improving their performance in the triathlon world. We concentrate on developing athletes into the best they can be, while still having fun and enjoying group environment and support.
We offer a variety of team sessions every week, for example, a training week could look like:
These sessions can change depending on the season and athlete demand.
These sessions are not compulsory, they are there to assist and motivate athletes and are aimed at athlete's who want to attend.
After setting your goals all training plans are all written individually depending on your goals and time available for training via an online program called Trainingpeaks (www.trainingpeaks.com). Plan is written weekly or biweekly with ongoing every day communication with your coach.
Trifactri is registered as a club, but it is not an open club. The club is created for athletes’ who train with us.

- Monday - as per program (indv) / evening swim session (group)
- Tuesday – morning swim session and cycle / afternoon swim session
- Wednesday - 6:00am Track session (group)
- Thursday – 06:00am Swim session (group) / afternoon swim session
- Friday – Morning run/Westcliff stairs / as per program (indv)
- Saturday – 6:00am Cycling + brick run (group)
- Sunday – 6:30am Cycling + brick run (group)
